A letter from the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe], with a somewhat urgent question, was posted to Herdman yesterday to Port Erin. Harrison has sent a postcard to Herdman's address asking that the letter be sent on to York. Hopes Herdman will be ably to reply before the Treasurer goes away around next Wednesday. </dc:description>
