Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Dukinfield Henry Scott, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Sectional Committee for Botany Encloses copies of two referee's reports on a paper by Dr F E Fritsch on a 'General consideration of the subaerial and freshwater algae flora of Ceylon' [not enclosed]. In view of the two referee's opinions differing as to the suitability of Dr Fritsch's paper for the '[Philosophical] Transactions [of the Royal Society]', asks Scott as Chairman, to say if the papers should be referred to a third referee, and if so to whom. 8 August 1906
