Copy letter from A H White, to Sir Archiblad Geikie, Secretary, Royal Society The paper by W L H Duckworth was sent in for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' but was finally voted by the Committee of Papers to be archived. The author had the usual printed circular form of notification. In answer Duckworth sent the enclosed application [not enclosed] and White asks if this can be acceded to. The paper is a rather heavy type-written one with numerous illustrations. [27 August 1906]
