  <dc:description>It appears the Society has not yet received the second half of the year's dividend of £11.8.0, payable in the course of July last, on the £960 Midland Railway two and a half percent Debenture Stock which the Royal Society holds. The Society's passbook shows the dividend has not gone through the Society's bank and they have no record of the receipt of the second warrant. Would be glad to receive the dividend at their early convenience. </dc:description>
