<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor William Mitchinson Hicks, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>A certificate of candidature arrived the other day in favour of Dr Henry C Pocklington, and going by the handwriting, it was sent in by Hicks. The certificate is incomplete, as it requires three signatures from personal, not general, knowledge. The first signature from personal knowledge is from Professor Sampson, and Harrison can send the certificate back to him.</dc:description>
