<dc:title>Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to John Milne, Fellow of the Royal Society, Shide, Isle of Wight</dc:title>
<dc:description>Was sorry that he was ill and unable to attend the Seismology Committee meeting. It was like the play without Hamlet. But those in attendance managed to pass unanimously a motion. Milne will see the view the Committee takes of the relations to him and the Government Grant. Hopes he will be glad to hear that the Committee plans to leave him completely free in the disposal of his grant, and will support him any way it can. </dc:description>
