<dc:title>Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Arthur William Rucker, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The paper Rucker sent on by Sir W J Smith[?] has been listened to with a great deal of consideration. It was estimated to cut £208[?], excluding an appendix which has come in since. The Physics Committee recommended it for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', subject to it being reduced by about half. Sending on extracts of [referees?] report which makes these judgements based on magnetic and meteorological basis. The paper will come up at Council next Thursday.</dc:description>
