<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Dukinfield Henry Scott, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Botany Sectional Committee</dc:title>
<dc:description>Francis Darwin, who was nominated by the Botany Sectional Committee as referee on the paper by Professor [Henry Horatio] Dixon, 'On the Transpiration Current in Plants', which was communicated by Professor [John] Joly, reports that in the paper should be printed in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' as it stands, with all the illustrations. It is estimated to be 13 pages long, at a cost of £10. The five figures would amount to £1-17-0. Asks Scott if the paper should go ahead for printing.</dc:description>
