Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to George Gibbs Immediately following the visit of Gibb's partner, Pilkington, he received a telegram from Professor Turner approving their "helio-chronometer" for exhibition at the Royal Society's Soirée the next week. Harrison sends a form to be completed and returned without delay, to allow them to insert a short description of the instrument into the programme. As they are accepting the exhibit at such a late stage, they have very little space to offer, but he understands from Pilkington that it only needs a foot or two of table space. 1 May 1907
