<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt], President, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison conveys a suggestion made by a few Fellows of the Royal Society in relation to the question of whether they should ask Louis Brennan to repeat his demonstration at the Ladies Soiree. The proposal is that, while the model is still at the Society, the Fellows have a demonstration in a 'quieter' environment than the Soiree, for instance at an ordinary meeting of the Society.

He asks Rayleigh if the idea is feasible, and if so, whether it should be discussed with the Officers on Wednesday. He would then write to Mr Brennan if the idea was approved.</dc:description>
