<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Major G Alexander, Royal Army Medical Corps, Dornals, Osborne Road, South Franborough</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison explains the necessity of any paper read before the Royal Society being submitted by a Fellow of the Society, and so he recommends Alexander show his papers to a Fellow familar with their subject matter. Fellowship is based on election on the scientific merits of each candidate and does not depend on conditions relating to the reading of papers.

He advises that he communicate with a Fellow who is a member of Royal Army Medical Corps, and he is confident of Alexander receiving sympathetic advice, possibly from Colonel David Bruce. He is at liberty to use Harrison's name as an introduction. Harrison does however suggest that his papers may be more suitable for a technical publication.</dc:description>
