Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to E B H Wade Larmor communicates the decision of the Council, on the advice of the Physics Committee, to decline his paper on the analysis of the Nile flood as unsuitable for Proceedings of the Royal Society. They would, however, like to publish an abstract of his results, of not more than three pages, should he wish it. They will retain the manuscript of the full paper in their archives. 5 July 1907
