Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Dr Armstrong, St John's College, Cambridge Armstrong's protest is to hand and Larmor supposes the papers must wait for the Committee as the Chairman is abroad. The absence of referee's reports was challenged at the Council and Larmor pledged himself to see that there was no controversial matter such as would demand a rejoinder. 16 August 1907
