<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Both referees' reports on F E Smith's two papers, 'On the Normal Weston Cadmium Cell' and 'On the Silver Voltometer' are favorable to publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. The referees make one or two suggestions for the omission of photographs and the addition of a clear description of the apparatus but in the absence of both the Chairman and Professor Lamor, the papers are being retained at the Society for the present.

Professor J Walker's report on Dr Behn's paper 'On the Polymorphic Changes of Ammonium Nitrate', has been received and is favorable to publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' as is stands with a little editing. The referee thinks some of the illustrations are inessential, such as figures one, nine, ten, eleven, four, six and six 'b'.</dc:description>
