Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Hugh Frank Newall, Fellow of the Royal Society Dr H F Baker, who at the July Council, proposed Professor G W Hill for the Copley medal, is of the opinion that it would be best if Newall would provide a statement of claims instead of himself, and that Newall's name should be associated with the statement, which in effect makes Newall the proposer.
