<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Arthur Schuster, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Physics and Chemistry Sectional Committee</dc:title>
<dc:description>Dr U Behn's paper on 'The Polymorphic Changes of Ammonium Nitrate' was transferred by the Sectional Committee at its last meeting to Professor H A Miers. In his report Miers' states the question of publication should be answered by a physicist competent to judge the portion relating to the specific heats and heat of transformation, on which the value of the paper depends. In view of this Professor [Joseph] Larmor suggests the paper should be sent to Professor James Walker of Dundee for a second report. Asks if the Chairman agrees.</dc:description>
