Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Dr Arthur Gamgee, Fellow of the Royal Society Geikie informs Gamgee of the success of his application for part payment of the expenses incurred in his research 'On the continuous automatic registration of the changes in the temperature of the animal body in health and disease', having been considered by the President and Council of the Royal Society. A grant of £100 has been made to Gamgee. 11 December 1907
