<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Alfred Bray Kempe, Treasurer, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison encloses a letter from Dr Mond sending a cheque for £2000, stating that it has been acknowledged and a formal receipt sent, though Kempe is likely to want to write him a line. He also encloses a letter from Messrs Robarts Lubbock & Company notifying them of the drawing of a large sum in Italian Irrigation Bonds, and he presumes a letter must be sent to them requesting to purchase fresh ones.

Harrison has received the account from the Abbey for Lord Kelvin's funeral expenses, amounting to £174, nine shillings and five pence. He will write again later about this, or keep it until he sees Kempe.</dc:description>
