Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Sir Victor Horsley FRS Harrison handed to the Clerk to the Government Grant Committee the application enclosed in Horsley's letter but fears there will be a difficulty in going outside the regulations as to the last date for receiving applications. Horsley's paper being sent in for the Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society] has to go through the regular procedure of referees in committees laid down in the standing orders, but it is well forward in that process. 8 February 1908
