1. Bath of bills has come in this morning so a representative set of publication bills, which I enclose. Kindly attach to each of these forms of slips made out in the way that best explains your wishes.
2. It was announced in the Foster Portrait circular  that the portrait would be formally handed over at the first meeting in January, Thursday next. Does Kempe wish to make any further communications beforehand? This should be done either by private meeting or by circular.
