Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor S [Sidney Howard] Vines FRS Harrison has Professor Vines' letter but is not allowed to add names to certificates in support of candidates. These must be actual signatures and cannot leave the house once sent in. Professor Vines could sign Mr Rendle's certificate at any time before the election.
