Copy letter from Joseph Larmor to Professor Petravel The council have under consideration yesterday Petravel's application for publication of his paper. Larmor calls to Petravel's attention the fact that the paper has been published in the Philosophical Transaction [of the Royal Society] only a fortnight before the present application.
