<dc:title>Copy letter from Archibald Geikie to Shaw</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reading Shaw's preface to the Antarctic Meteorological volume and looking at his title page, Geikie thinks that he has still more material and that the present volume is only Part I, but he and his office had previously thought this volume would be complete. Geikie asks for definitive information on the extent of the material, the Geographical Society have been pressing to know when the Antarctic reports will be finished and what balance will remain of the Antarctic funds. </dc:description>
