<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor F [Francis] W [Wall] Oliver. Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison has some difficulty in replying to Oliver's letter on the subject of Buller's paper to Professor V H Blackman. If the question were that of the general merits of the paper Harrison believes Oliver would be supported in referring it outside the [Royal] Society. It is Harrison's understanding of the matter that the Society has decided adversely; and that the only question now pending is to the advisability of recommending the Council to grant a subsidy in aid of publication elsewhere. </dc:description>
