<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor William Mitchinson Hicks, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The two referees on Dr [Herbert Brereton] Baker and Sir William Crookes are both strongly in favour of the publication of the paper by Dr E C Edgar 'On the Atomic Weight of Chlorine', which was communicated by Professor Harold Baily Dixon, in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Crookes says, 'The paper is a record of one of the best bits of chemico-physical work I have seen for a long time'. Asks if Hicks will give the go ahead for printing.</dc:description>
