<dc:title>Copy letter from Theodore E James, to Professor Sidney Harris Cox Martin, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>A postcard from [John Scott] Haldane, who was nominated as second referee for the paper by Sir T R Fraser and Dr Gunn is being sent for Martin's information [no enclosures]. Requests that he nominate a second referee. Dr [Frederick Gowland] Hopkins, the first referee, reports against publication in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'.

Dr Frederick Walker Mott's report on Professor [Charles Scott] Sherrington's paper has been received and is entirely favourable to publication in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Asks whether this should be printed under standing order 33.</dc:description>
