<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor S [Sidney Harris Cox] Martin. Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Physiology Sectional Committee</dc:title>
<dc:description>Captain R McCarrison's papers on "Further Researches on the etiology of endemic goitre": communicated by Major R Ross, CB, FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society].
Dr J S Haldanes' report on the above paper has been received and he recommends that the abstract be published as a preliminary communicator but not he longer paper itself. He agrees with Dr Martin that the conclusions are not fully established but considering the difficulties the evidence should be brought forwarded. </dc:description>
