<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Harley Parker, 21 Calverton Street, S.W.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix has before him a pamphlet on human hair purporting to be by Professor Harley Parker FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society]. Parker may not be aware that he lays himself open to prosecution by using the initials FRS falsely. Rix must beg that Parker forward either an explanation or an apology and that his pamphlets are at once withdrawn from circulation until an amended wrapper is printed.</dc:description>
