<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Charles Chree, King's College, Cambridge</dc:title>
<dc:description>Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] wrote to Chree on 21 February asking that a paragraph might be added to Chree's paper concerning the chemical character of the metal. They have not received a reply and it is time the paper was published. If Chree can let them have the paragraph at once it might save the time and expense of re-making the pages. They are arranging four curves in the form of plates. If Chree would prefer them as woodcuts in the text Rix asks to know at once.</dc:description>
