Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr A Fowler, Science Schools, South Kensington Rix acknowledges receipt of Mr Roberts' paper with star-map. The latter is a good deal 'smashed' and showing white cracks which will be inconvenient if reproduced by a photographic process. Rix infers from Fowler's note that it is to be referred for '[Philosophical] Transactions [of the Royal Society]' and shall refer to it accordingly. 15 January 1890
