Professor Ramsay was not at the meeting and Foster should communicate with him. Rix saw General Strachey at the meeting and got him to appoint a time for Board B. Rix does not know Dr Gamgee's whereabouts nor whether he is in a condition to attend to money matters, so Rix sends the demand for his subscription to Foster's care. 2 May 1890
