Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Fuller, City and Guilds Institute, Gresham College The Council yesterday confirmed Fuller's appointment on the understanding that it is a strictly temporary engagement terminable on either side with a weeks notice with a remuneration of 50 shillings a week. The engagement begins next Monday but as the officers are closed on Monday and Tuesday Fuller need not appear until Wednesday at 10am.
