<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The vote on Mr Lockyer's paper was simply 'Proceedings[of the Royal Society]'. That was before the paper was read and on reading its inappropriateness appeared. If the question is not decided soon Rix must say the paper's publication is deferred and go on making up. Rix asks Foster to read Mr Kings enclosed letter [not attached] and tell him what to advise King.</dc:description>
