Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Evans Since writing this morning Rix has been to the strong room and brought up the deeds relating to Long's mortgage. The indenture dated 12 Feb 1878 which he supposes is what Messrs Few wants is not amongst them and Rix thinks it along and some other deeds, were placed into the iron chest of which Evans has the key. 16 September 1890
