  <dc:description>By this post Rix sends Mr [John] Joly's manuscript amended. Herewith he sends Mr [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook's report on same and a letter from Mr Joly and enclosure in ditto. Rix asks if he should now proceed with the printing of the paper. The author is plainly dissatisfied with the small plate and Rix is therefore sending him the alternative plan arranged for a folding plate.</dc:description>
