Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Joly, Physical Laboratory, Trinity College, Dublin Rix gathers from Joly's note that he is not altogether satisfied with the proposed plates to calorimeter. Herewith Rix sends again the plan of plate one with an alternative plan of plate two. Rix asks if Joly would like to make plate two a folding plate. 3 February 1890
