<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Allan Wyon </dc:title>
<dc:description>The proof of the Darwin medal is satisfactory and Rix asks that Wyon send the dies at once to the Royal Mint. A letter has today been dispatch to the Mint asking to have the medal struck there. An inscription will be engraved around the edge and Foster has sent the Deputy Master a copy of the inscription for Alfred Russel Wallace. The medal which Wyon has been good enough to present to the Society came safely to hand. </dc:description>
