Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to John Evans, Treasurer, Royal Society, Nash Mills, Hemel Hempstead Herewith Rix sends the following; the Minute of Council, Dr Armstrong's letter, the draft bill, Council's opinion, and Mr Fitzgerald's observations. Rix wrote to Dr Foster for a covering letter to send to Few & Company with these documents but he thought Evans had undertaken to see the Messrs. If Evans will see Mr Few that will no doubt be better than a letter. 17 November 1890
