<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir Charles William Fremantle, The Royal Mint</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix acknowledges receipt of Fremantle's letter of 17 November informing the Secretaries that the Master of the Mint had kindly complied with the request of the President and Council that a silver medal might be struck from the dies lately prepared by Allan Wyon. Fremantle's letter has been laid before the Officers and they hope Fremantle will prepare the medal in question and strike a bronze copy for the Royal Society's collection.</dc:description>
