<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Sir George Gabriel Stokes, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>The editor of 'Nature' writes for an early copy of the [Presidential] address and Rix asks if it is likely to be in print beforehand this year and if so whether a proof may be sent. Rix does not find any letter from G Johnstone Stoney but he sends herewith a letter from Professor Fitzgerald to Stokes about the relative importance of the two libraries in question. Rix encloses some items which may be of use for the Anniversary address. [No items attached]</dc:description>
