Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Reverend Dr Norman Macleod Ferrers, Fellow of the Royal Society Professor Niven's paper was sent to Ferrers as referee on 1 November. Rix believes there was a manuscript attached with the full paper. They have to set this abstract in type for the next meeting and Rix therefore asks for its return at once. 28 November 1890
