<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Chaney</dc:title>
<dc:description>The Society was a little premature in allowing Rix to take a copy of his paper. The question of publication has not been settled by the Council in the sense in which the extracts from the reports led Chaney to anticipate. The Council think the paper should be further considered , the question of publication is therefore still in suspense and Rix asks that Chaney defer publication elsewhere for the present. </dc:description>
