Joseph Larmor has asked Harrison to write with reference to the letter and pamphlet from Mr Tepper, which Harrison returns to Stone. Harrison asks Stone to explain to Mr Tepper that the Royal Society only receives papers when communicated by a Fellow and have not in any way been published before. </dc:description>
