Enclosed herewith for Mr Parsons information is a copy of portions of a letter received from Dr G J Burch, FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society]. The bill referred to by Dr Burch is also enclosed [no enclosures].
In his letter Dr Burch says that the illness which prevented his attending the last meeting of the Cataract Committee has continued and that he now learns that he has to undergo an operation that will under the most favourable circumstances prevent his working for some time.'</dc:description>
