<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Raphael Meldola, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Meldola's letter about Ken-ichi Higuchi was laid before the President, but before acting on Meldola's suggestion to extend an official invitation to the Anniversary Dinner to Higuchi, the President would like some more information as to his position in Japan, as apart from his delegacy to the Chemical Congress. The Japanese Ambassador is coming to the Dinner, and it is desirable that any countryman of his should be distinguished. </dc:description>
