<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Edgar Harrison</dc:title>
<dc:description>[Robert] Harrison can see that the National Physical Laboratory causes difficulty in carrying out the Royal Society's system regarding printing. Although the Laboratory is technically governed by a Committee of the Royal Society, their organisation is in many ways independent, and shows little deference to the Royal Society. A general instruction to regard provisionally as Royal Society business any work which is not on the face of it a domestic concern of the Laboratory should be sufficient. When the Anniversary Dinner has passed, further discussion will be had.</dc:description>
