<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Secretary, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Storey's Gate, St James's Park, SW</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
In reply to your enquiry I regret to say that we cannot help you to a fresh copy of Sir W White's paper on Submarines. We have looked through our files of separate copies, but do not find a copy of this paper. Under the circumstances, as these papers in the Proceedings [of the Royal Society] are not on sale separately, I can only suggest that you apply to the author. We may very possibly still have a few copies of the paper by him. Of course you would have the number of Proceedings [of the Royal Society] containing the paper.'</dc:description>
