With reference to your letter of the 2d inst[ant], I am directed by the President of say that he will endeavour to find another delegate to the International Congress on Radiology, to take the place of Sir J J Thomson. The President hopes to be able to find a suitable delegate among the members of the British Association, now in Sheffield; but I am to say that if he cannot find one on such short notice, he thinks that Prof Rutherford, who will in any case attend the Congress, may he himself sufficient.'</dc:description>
