<dc:title>Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Dr Richard Tetley Glazebrook, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Campbell's dust figure paper has been to a referee and that an adverse opinion has been given. Larmor thinks the real points have not been touched upon yet. Dust figures depend on viscous actions, themselves depending on squares and are only indirect evidence of sound waves. Rayleigh has much work on excited vibrations of double frequency. The paper is now too slight and superficial for present publication as from the [National Physical Laboratory].</dc:description>
