The statutory amount of annual subscriptions for Fellows of of the Royal Society is £4 with a £10 entrance fee. But all Fellows elected since 1878 are relived of the entrance fee and of £1 off the subscription by means of a special fund collected by voluntary subscription in that year. 2. The life composition is £60 and no reduction on this amount is allowed at a later period of membership. These particulars are given in the Statutes. 15 February 1911
